Associate Consultant- Principal Trainer
Afzaal Talib has worked on various consultancy and training projects from last two years. He has a strong background in marketing, sales, operations, management and Human resource. His knowledge, education and versatile kind of experience combined with effective communication, analytical and presentation skills have given him a better prospective in corporate world.
Throughout his career he has been taking initiatives against conventional wisdom finding and recommending creative and innovative solutions. He has been involved in planning and execution of various strategies resulted better working enviourement and profits for the companies.
He is holding an MBA degree with major in marketing and has more than eight years of experience in corporate world especially in retail sector. He has been involved in brand management, activation, strategy development and execution, product development, media planning, budgeting, research, sales and customer service, training, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relation, organizational development, HR policy, systems and procedures development.
From last two years he has been working with us as associate consultant, supporting our team in the area of marketing management and HR consultancy. He is also included in our training squad, acting as principal trainer and has trained thousands of retail sales and customer service staff for one of the leading companies nationwide.
